UGC Recruitment 2022 Deputy Secretary - Qualification: a) First class Master’s Degree of a recognized University with a good academic record; b) At least 7 years’ experience of teaching/research in University or college or Educational Administration in higher education. c) (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; or (ii) With 5 years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in pay level-11 Rs. 67,700-2,08,700 (Pay Band-3 Rs. 15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/- pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department.
