NIPER Stenographer Grade B Recruitment 2023 - Qualification & Experience: Graduate with 55% marks with at least 120 wpm speed in stenography with 40 wpm typing speed with 08 years of experience including 4 to 5 years as Stenographer Grade C or equivalent.
