Qualifications: i) PhD + Minimum 5 years experience/ M.Tech + Minimum 10 years experience/ MBA with Bachelor in Engineering + Minimum 10 years experience/ Bachelor in Engineering + Minimum 12 years’ experience. ii) Expertise in the area of power sector regulation and policy. iii) The candidate should have strong command in oral and written English.
