National Council of Educational Research & Training (NCERT) has released the notification for the recruitment of Assistant Editor, Proof Reader and DTP Operators. NCERT Assistant Editor Recruitment 2024 - Qualifications:

• A Bachelor degree from a recognised University
• Post Graduate Diploma in Book Publishing/ Mass Communication/ Journalism, where editing is one of the subjects
• At least 5 year experience in editing, producing-planning and supervising publications especially school textbooks, monographs and reports in a responsible capacity
• Knowledge of books production techniques, modern process of printing, typography and should be proficient in English/ Hindi/ Urdu.

NCERT Assistant Editor Recruitment 2024 - Age Limit: 50 years

NCERT Assistant Editor Recruitment 2024 - Salary: Rs.80,000/- per month

4. Proof Reader (English): 25 Posts
5. Proof Reader (Hindi): 25 Posts
6. Proof Reader (Urdu): 10 Posts

NCERT Proof Reader Recruitment 2024 - Qualifications:

• A Bachelor degree either in English/Hindi/Urdu
• At least 01 year experience of working in a Printing or Publishing organisation as Copy Holder/Proof Reader
• Working knowledge of Computer

NCERT Proof Reader Recruitment 2024 - Age Limit: 42 years

NCERT Proof Reader Recruitment 2024 - Salary: Rs.37,000/- per month

7. DTP Operators (English): 25 Posts
8. DTP Operators (Hindi): 25 Posts
9. DTP Operators (Urdu): 10 Posts

NCERT DTP Operators Recruitment 2024 - Qualifications:

• Graduation in any subject
• One Year Diploma/Certificate course in Desk Top Publishing from a recognised institute
• Minimum 3 years experience in a publishing house of repute preferably in textbook making.
• Proficiency in In-design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Equation Editor, Microsoft word, including Excel & Page-maker
• Proficiency in typing both in Hindi and English

NCERT DTP Operators Recruitment 2024 - Age Limit: 45 years

NCERT DTP Operators Recruitment 2024 - Salary: Rs.50,000/- per month
