Eligibility Criteria:
Each position has a specific age limit:
- Medical Officer (SD/SC): 18-35 years
- Scientist/Engineer (SC): 18-30 years
- Others: 18-35 years
- Assistant (Official Language): 18-28 years
How to Apply (Applications Close on October 9th, 2024):
Online applications were accepted through the ISRO website (http://www.isro.gov.in/CurrentOpportunities.html) until October 9, 2024.
Selection Process:
- Written Test: This test will assess both theoretical and practical knowledge in your chosen field. A shortlist of candidates will be created in a 1:5 ratio for the interview stage.
- Interview: This will assess your suitability for the role.
- Skill Test (Qualifying Only): A skill test will be conducted for some roles. Scoring at least 50% (general category) or 40% (reserved category) is required to qualify. However, the skill test score will not affect the final selection.
Tie-Breaking Criteria:
- Written test score
- Marks in essential qualifications
- Age (older candidates given preference)
Salary and Benefits:
Salary ranges from ₹21,700 to ₹2,08,700 per month, depending on the role. Travel reimbursement will be provided for outstation candidates attending the interview or skill test (written test travel not covered).
