There is no option for float or slide in JoSAA Round 6. Candidates must confirm the seat allotted in this round.
Steps to Check JoSAA 2025 Round 6 Seat Allotment Result
- Visit the official website: josaa.nic.in
- Click on the link titled “Round 6 Seat Allotment Result 2025.”
- Enter your JEE Main 2025 application number and password.
- Click “Submit” to view your allotment status.
- Check your seat allotment details on the screen.
- Download and print the allotment letter for future reference.
JoSAA 2025 Seat Acceptance Fee Details
After seat allotment, candidates must pay the Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) to proceed with document verification and confirm admission.
- ₹15,000 for SC, ST, GEN-PwD, GEN-EWS-PwD, OBC-NCL-PwD, SC-PwD, ST-PwD
- ₹30,000 for General, OBC-NCL, GEN-EWS (includes ₹5,000 JoSAA processing charges)
The SAF (excluding ₹5,000 processing fee) will be adjusted against the college admission fee.

- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Class 10th and 12th mark sheets
- Photo ID and other documents as per JoSAA instructions
CSAB 2025 Counselling After JoSAA
- Candidates who did not receive a seat in NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs in Round 6 can register for CSAB 2025 special round counselling at csab.nic.in.
- Those who were allotted seats in IITs cannot withdraw, while NIT+, IIIT+, and GFTI candidates can apply for withdrawal till July 21, with responses due by July 22, 2025.
