NTA has released the final provisional answer key for JEE Main 2023 Session-2. Results of the second session of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2023 are announced on jeemain.nta.nic.in and ntaresults.nic.in. Candidates can check it using their application numbers and dates of birth.

JEE Main Session 2 was held on April 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15 and the provisional answer key was released on April 19. The final answer key will be issued along with the results.

- Visit the official website – jeemain.nta.nic.in 2023.
- On the homepage, click on the ‘JEE Mains 2023 session 2 result’ link.
- Enter the application number, password and security pin.
- JEE Main 2023 result will be displayed on the screen.
- Download the JEE Main result session 2 and save a copy for future reference.

Marking for dropped questions in JEE Main 2023
In the JEE Main January Session the NTA dropped five questions in the final provisional answer key. Except for one question, all the questions that were dropped were from Mathematics.
As per NTA, for section A, if a question is dropped then full marks will be awarded to all candidates who have appeared, irrespective of the fact whether the question has been attempted or not attempted by the candidate. This same process will be followed in cases where none of the options are found correct, or a question is found to be wrong.
For section B, If a question is found to be incorrect or the question is dropped then four marks (+4) will be awarded to all those who have attempted the question. The reason could be due to human error or technical error.

- General Category: 88-100
- OBC: 74-90
- SC: 54-80
- ST: 45-90
JEE Advanced 2023 Registration
Admission to different undergraduate programmes at IITs is conducted through the Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced). JEE Advanced 2023 is scheduled to be conducted on June 4. The registration process for OCI/PIO and Foreign National candidates has commenced. For Indian Nationals, JEE Advanced 2023 registration will be open from April 30 to May 7, 2023. Candidates should be among the top 2,50,000 successful candidates (including all categories) in B.E./B.Tech. paper of JEE (Main) 2023.
Reservations:
The percentages of various categories of candidates to be shortlisted are: 10% for GEN-EWS, 27% for OBC-NCL, 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST, and the remaining 40.5% is OPEN for all. For PwD candidates, 5% reservation is available in each of these five categories.
JEE Advanced 2023 Results:
The result for JEE Advanced 2023 will be declared on June 18, 2023. Both marks and rank card will be released at the same time.
JEE Main session 2 toppers list will also be announced along with the results at jeemain.nta.nic.in. JEE Main counselling 2023 will be held by CSAB SFTI for admission in 17 technical institutes. The NTA will also release the JEE Main cut-off 2023 along with the results.
