The TSPSC has released the schedule for Group-1 mains exams. After conducting the General English exam first, Paper-1 to Paper-6 exams will be conducted from that day onwards.
Each exam will be conducted from 10 am to 1 pm. The maximum marks in each exam is 150. Candidates have to write the Group-1 written test in English, Telugu or Urdu language. TSPSC has clarified that it is not possible to write each exam in a different language.
TSPSC has revealed that the General English exam will be conducted at the SSC level, and this exam will only be qualifying and the marks obtained in it will not be considered in the ranking.
In a statement on January 31, the TSPSC said that the candidates who have qualified for the main examinations must appear for each examination without fail and if they miss even one examination, their eligibility will be cancelled.
