In order to solve these problems, eLitmus is helping the recruiters as well as job-seekers by conducting pH Test. For recruiters, it is providing a way to reach out to candidates from across India during any time of the year. For job-seekers, it is providing a one-stop-shop, where they have access to dozens of employers from across the country, based on a completely objective and standardized score, dramatically improving their chances of finding that right first job, with much less effort.
pH Test
The eLitmus company will conduct a Hiring Potential Test called as pH Test. The pH Test evaluates job seekers based on a variety of parameters, and grades them nationwide using an advanced statistical model, resulting in a pH Score for each candidate. The candidates are selected based on the score they have obtained in the pH Test.
Eligibility
There is no eligibility criterion. Presently, candidates who are having or pursuing a degree in BE/B.Tech., MCA, ME/M.Tech. or M.Sc.(CS/IT) will be benefited by taking the pH test.
Syllabus and Test Pattern
The pH Test is a pen & paper based aptitude test. The duration of the test is two hours. It is conducted for a total of 600 marks. It consists of three sections, namely…

Currently, the pH Test fee is Rs.920/-. It can be paid in three ways -

Test fee

- Candidates who are having a credit card or online banking facility can pay the test fee through online.
- The test fee could be sent by taking a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of "eLitmus Evaluation Private Limited" and payable at Bangalore. The candidates need to mention their Name and Registration ID on the backside of the DD.
- Candidates can pay the test fee in person at Bangalore office. Candidates need to get their pH test registration ID.
eLitmus team helps its clients in short listing the candidates based on their percentile scored appropriate to a job profile. It has tie ups with many companies and their client list includes almost all the top companies in India. So you can be sure of getting a good job, if you have scored a good percentile. How to apply?
- If you are a new candidate you can register on the eLitmus website.
- After registering, you need to fill up your personal and academic details.
- After this, you need to activate your account by clicking a link sent to your email id.
- And then you can apply for pH Tests.
- Then go to My Tests section in the Tests menu and get your registration id. After this, you need to pay the fee.
- The last three pH scores will be visible to the companies and the best among them will be considered for short listing.
- The test results are available within 18 days of your pH Test date.
- The pH Score is valid for a period of two years.
- Candidates can write the test any number of times.
- The test is conducted across the country once for every 2 weeks.
- Candidates with good pH Score are shortlisted and are selected for the next rounds that are conducted by the company such as Technical round, Interview etc.
- Candidates can reschedule the pH test for a maximum of 3 times and within 3 months from the date of their first pH Test.
- The companies that hire through eLitmus will look for freshers with 0-2 years of experience.
- Candidates who have already applied for a company and hasn’t been shortlisted for a drive, then that candidature would also be considered for further drives.
