The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has decided to provide two extra chances for appearance in term end examinations (TEE December 2018 and TEE June 2019).
As per reports, the two extra chances will be given to the students of all three discontinued face-to-face programmes of School of Journalism and New Media studies who could not complete their programmes successfully within their maximum registration period.
MAEMPM, MAJMC and BAAVFX courses:
The students of MAEMPM, MAJMC and BAAVFX who had registered for all the courses of these programmes but couldn't complete these programmes successfully within the maximum registration period can fill the examination form for term end examinations in December 2018 and June 2019 to complete their pending courses.
Refund for those who opted for e-study material this year (2018):
Earlier this month, the varsity announced to refund the fees to those students who had opted for digital study material instead of the printed ones.
The university digitised the study material for different programmes. Keeping this in mind, it has announced that 15 per cent refund of programme fee would be provided for its students who took admission in July 2018.
IGNOU Term End Examination 2018:
Moreover, the varsity has started the registration process for Term End Examination 2018. The last date to submit the application form is October 31, 2018.
To register for Term End Examination, candidates will have to provide their Aadhaar Card details.
