Much-awaited Pran Pratishtha ceremony held; PM Modi unveiled Ram Lalla idol in sanctum sanctorum of temple

• The much-awaited Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Shri Ramlalla was held in Ayodhya with Prime Minister Narendra Modi leading the rituals in the newly constructed magnificent temple. He also unveiled the Ram Lalla idol in the sanctum sanctorum at the temple.
• The historic Pran Pratishtha’ of the Ram Lalla idol from 12:29:03 pm to 12:30:35 pm, a brief but highly auspicious 84-second window during the ‘Abhijit muhurta’.

• The Ram Lalla idol, crafted by renowned sculptor Arun Yogiraj from Karnataka, is a 51-inch black-coloured depiction of Lord Ram as a five-year-old child. It was installed inside the temple’s sanctum sanctorum on January 18 as part of the preparatory rituals. The temple itself, an architectural marvel, stands at a length of 380 feet, a width of 250 feet, and a height of 161 feet, embodying the traditional Nagara style of architecture​.
