Ethiopia's Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has gone to direct the war from the front lines. Deputy Prime Minister DemekeMekonnenHassen will take charge of routine government business in the absence of the Prime Minister. Two Olympian athletes Haile Gebrselassie and Feyisa Lelisa have also announced they are enlisting in the military.
