Family Background
Santosh comes from a humble background. His parents, Lachanna and Rajavva, are poor farmers who worked hard on their small piece of farmland to support his education. Determined not to let his parents' sacrifices go to waste, Santosh studied with dedication.
Facing Failures without Losing Hope
In his journey to secure a government job, Santosh faced failures. Yet, he never lost hope. Each time he didn’t succeed, he tried again with renewed determination. His hard work paid off, and by 2023, he had secured positions such as Pointman in Railways and Junior Assistant at Singareni. In 2024, he cleared exams for TGT, PGT, Junior Lecturer, and Degree Lecturer in Gurukuls, totaling seven government jobs. Santosh’s journey has become an inspiration to today’s youth.

Santosh was recently selected as a Junior Lecturer (JL) in the results released by the Telangana Public Service Commission. He has decided to join this role as his career path.
