In the Physical Sciences category, Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU) in the state of Andhra Pradesh is ranked 1001+ internationally, 37th nationally and 2nd state-wide. These ranks are assigned by the Times Higher Education Institute as the standard for education, teaching, research papers, citations, innovations, etc. in the varsity. VC Acharya Rajasekhar, Rector Acharya Varaprasadamoorthy, Registrar Dr Karuna and Online Ranks Coordinator Dr Nagakishore Harsham expressed satisfaction over the achievement.
