Telangana Minorities Welfare Minister Koppula Ishwar has assured that the pending scholarship and fee reimbursement funds for minority students will be released soon.
Post Metric Scholarships
‘We will soon be releasing post-metric scholarships to 9,23,700 students. We will also pay fees of Rs 1,372 crore. The CM Overseas Scholarship is to be paid to some minority students... will release soon. So far, Rs 323.29 crore has been given to 2,235 students for overseas education. Self-employment term loans to be paid to applicants by the Minority Finance Corporation have been pending for some time. Koppula said that a decision on these will be taken soon.
