CBSE Result Verification Process: Important Dates and Procedures
Following the announcement of CBSE Class 10 and 12 board exam results, students have options to verify their marks and potentially improve their scores. Here's a breakdown of the key points:
- Verification of Marks: If you're unsure about the accuracy of your marks, you can apply for verification. This window opens on the fourth day after the results are declared and closes on the eighth day, giving you five days to submit your request.
- Obtaining Answer Script Photocopy: You can request a scanned photocopy of your evaluated answer booklet. This option is available from the 19th day to the 20th day after the result declaration, providing a two-day window.
- Re-evaluation of Answer Scripts: If you believe your answer script deserves a closer look, you can apply for re-evaluation. This window opens on the 24th day and closes on the 25th day after the results, offering another two-day window.

CBSE Results on DigiLocker
CBSE results are also expected to be available on DigiLocker (https://accounts.digitallocker.gov.in/signin/mobile). You can access it through the website or the mobile app (Android & iOS). On the result day, a direct link to check your score will be provided on the DigiLocker platform. You can also download your digital marksheet and passing certificate within a few days of the result declaration.
While not confirmed yet, historically, CBSE results have been accessible through the UMANG app, Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), and SMS.

Over 3.9 lakh students appeared for the CBSE Class 10th exams this year. Class 12 exams are ongoing until April 2nd, 2024. Both Class 10 and Class 12 results might be announced on the same day.
