From the academic year 2023-24, admissions to convener quota seats in four-year B.Sc nursing courses in nursing colleges in AP will be conducted on the basis of merit in AP EAPCET.

Dr. YSR Health University Registrar Dr. Radhika Reddy issued a notification on March 15 announcing admissions to convener quota seats in four-year B.Sc nursing courses in nursing colleges in AP will be conducted on the basis of merit in AP EAPCET.

The Indian Nursing Council (INC) has come up with regulations to take admissions in nursing courses on the basis of merit in any special examination and not on the basis of intermediate merit.

NEET (UG) – 2023 Notification

People from other states come to us for nursing education. In this order, along with EAPCET, NEET-UG qualification will be considered for the management quota seats. According to Indian Nursing Council rules, 50 percentile for general category candidates, 40 percentile for SC, ST, OBC candidates, 45 percentile for general disabled candidates and 40 percentile for SC, ST, OBC disabled candidates have been decided as the minimum qualification.
