TSPSC Group-4 Final Results 2024: Check Mandatory Documents for Certificate Verification

Important Guidelines for Document Verification:

TSPSC released Group-4 shortlisted candidates list for web options and certificate verification. Candidates who are shortlisted for document verification are required to complete their web options registration as directed. Only candidates who complete this step will be permitted to attend the verification process in phases.

Mandatory Documents for Certificate Verification:

1. Checklist: One set as indicated on the TSPSC website.

2. Application Form (PDF): Printout of the submitted application.

3. Examination Hall Ticket.

4. Date of Birth Proof: SSC marks memo.

5. School Study Certificates (Class 1 to 7): For private/open school candidates, a Residence/Locality Certificate is necessary.

6. Educational Qualifications: Provisional or convocation certificates along with marks memos for degree or postgraduate qualifications.

7. Caste Certificate: Integrated community certificate with parent’s (father/mother) name, issued by the Telangana Government.

8. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate: Required for BC category candidates. Certificates must be in accordance with the format specified by the Telangana BC Welfare Department.

   • Note: General OBC certificates are not acceptable. Certificates mentioning only the husband's name are invalid.

9. EWS Certificate: For candidates applying under the EWS category, a certificate for the financial year 2021-22 is required.

Additional Documents (If Applicable):

• Proof of Age Relaxation: Service certificates for Telangana Government employees, NCC instructors, retrenched census staff, or ex-servicemen.

• PH Certificate: As per SADERAM guidelines.

• NOC: Mandatory for in-service candidates.

• Attestation Forms: Two sets signed by a gazetted officer.

• Declaration of Unemployment.

• Hindu Declaration: Specific to Post Code-70.

• Other Certificates: Any additional documents as specified in Notification No.19/2022.

• Medical Certificate: Required for candidates eligible for Post Codes 94 & 95, attested by an authorized medical authority of rank Civil Assistant Surgeon or above.
