Qualification: BA

Experience: 6 - 12 years

Skills: Experience in workday, HRSD, Service Now preferred, The Supervisor, HR Call Center ensures efficiency of service center operations, International voice process – Mandatory

Responsibilities:-

  • 8 to 12 years of Experience in International voice process – Mandatory
  • 8 Years of experience in leading team
  • US voice process experience - Preferred
  • Experience in International HR Helpdesk – Preferred
  • Excellent listener and empathetic communicator (oral & written) - Excellent understanding of various processes of core US HR Operations –
  • Experience in Leading teams managing Tier 1 HR helpdesk for US Employees
  • Should have experience in using Workflow / case management tools like ServiceNow, Remedy etc.
