Job Role: Customer Support Executive
Eligibility: B.Sc, B.Com, BA, BE/ B.Tech (any discipline) with minimum 60% aggregate throughout the academics and no backlogs Graduated in 2022, 2023 are eligible to apply.
Skills: Good communication (English & Hindi Mandatory ), Go-getter attitude, Smart Approach.
Technical Skills:
Previous experience in a customer support role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Language: Fluency in English and Hindi Must
Interview Procedure: Round 1: Virtual Round for candidates outside Hyderabad / Face to Face for candidates in Hyderabad
