BRAOU Announces B.Ed. (ODL) Admissions for 2024-25
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University is now accepting applications for its Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program offered through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode for the academic year 2024-25.
Duration: 02 years
Eligibility:
- Indian citizen
- Minimum 50% marks in undergraduate degree (BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, BSc Home Science, BBM, BBA, BE, BTech)
- Minimum 40% marks for SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates
- Science/Mathematics as a subject for B.E./B.Tech. applicants
- B.C.A. candidates must have passed Intermediate with relevant subjects
- For candidates with lower undergraduate marks, relevant postgraduate marks (in the same subject) may be considered
Open to:
- Trained in-service teachers in elementary education
- Candidates with an NCTE recognized face-to-face teacher education program
- Reservations: As per government regulations for SC/ST/BC/PWD categories
- EWS Quota: Available for eligible candidates with valid documents
- PH, Sports, NCC & CAP Quota: Available for eligible candidates with valid documents
- Minimum Age: 21 years as of July 1st, 2024 (no upper age limit)
Registration Fee: Rs.750/- for SC/ ST/ PWD candidate and Rs.1000/- for all other candidates.
