    M1 D1 H1W2 = M2 D2 H2 W1

    If A is thrice as good as B in work, then
    Ratio of work done by A and B

1.    Ans: 5
    Sol: Given, A and B can complete a task in 4 days.
    Therefore, work done by (A+B) 
    in 1 day = 1/4 
    Work done by A alone in 1 day =1/12
    Therefore, work done by B alone in 1 day = 1/6
    Hence, B alone can complete the work in 6 days.
2.    Ans: 3
    Sol: Given, A and B can complete a task in 8 days.
    Therefore, work done by (A+B) 
    in 1 day =1/8
    Work done by B alone in 1 day
    =1/10
    Therefore, work done by A alone in 1 day =1/40
    Hence, A alone can complete the work in 40 days.

    Sol: Given, A and B can complete a task in 6 days.

    Sol: The time took to type yesterday = 83.33 min
    Priti's speed of typing today = 60 words per min + 15% of 60 words per min
    = 60 + 9 = 69 words per min
    The time took to type today
    = 72.46 min.
     Required difference = 83.33 – 72.46 » 10 min
