TCS Salary Hike 2025: Eligibility and Increment Details Revealed

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), has officially announced salary hikes for nearly 80% of its workforce. This comes at a surprising time when the company is also preparing to lay off around 12,000 employees over the next few months.

TCS Salary Hike 2025 Announced – Amid Massive Layoff Plans

Hike Details: 

 

In an internal email sent to staff on Wednesday,TCS said that employees up to grade C3A and equivalent will get the increment. While the company did not share how much the hike will be, it said this move shows appreciation for employees’ contributions.

At the same time, TCS has also confirmed that it will cut around 12,000 jobs globally over the coming months. These job cuts will mainly affect mid and senior-level employees.

Like other big IT companies, TCS is also dealing with global challenges such as slow client spending and uncertain market conditions. In this situation, the company is trying to balance cost-cutting and employee support.
