Master's degree (M.Tech.) in Engineering/Technology with a minimum CGPA of 7.00 (or 65% marks) on a 10-point scale.
Applicants without a Master's degree can apply with a B.Tech. degree and a minimum CGPA of 8.00 (or 75% marks) on a 10-point scale.
Department of Management Studies:
Master's degree (M.Tech./M.E./M.D. or equivalent) with a minimum CGPA of 6.75 (or 60% marks) on a 10-point scale and a first division.
Master's degree (M.Sc./MBA/M.A./MBBS or equivalent) with a minimum CGPA of 6.75 (or 60% marks) on a 10-point scale and a first division.
Bachelor's degree (B.E. or B.Tech. or equivalent) with a minimum CGPA of 8.00 (or 75% marks) on a 10-point scale.
Department of Engineering Sciences:
Master's degree (M.Sc./M.Tech./M.E. or equivalent) with a minimum CGPA of 7.00 (or 65% marks) on a 10-point scale in a relevant field: Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering Mathematics, Industrial Mathematics, Physics, Applied Physics, Engineering Physics, Nano science and Technology, Materials Science, Quantum Computing, or a related field with a first division at the undergraduate level (B.Sc/ BE/ B.Tech).
