Osmania University has officially announced the commencement of the PhD Entrance Test for the 2025 academic year.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks.
SC/ ST/ BC/ PWD/ EWS candidates require a minimum of 50% marks.
Candidates who have successfully cleared national-level qualifying examinations such as UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET/ ICMR/ ICAR/DBT/ INSPIRE fellowships are exempted from appearing for the entrance test.

Test Format:

The PhD Entrance Test will be conducted in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format.
The test will consist of 70 multiple-choice questions covering relevant subjects.
