The Telangana Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test (DEECET) is conducted for admissions into two-year D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) and D.P.S.E (Diploma in Pre-School Education) courses for the 2025-2027 batch. These courses are offered in Government DIETs and Private Un-aided Elementary Teacher Education Institutions across Telangana.

Eligibility Criteria:
Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian national
Qualifications:
Must have passed or appeared for Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent
For General/OBC: Minimum 50% marks. SC/ST/Physically Challenged: 45% marks
Age Limit:
Must be 17 years as of 01-Sept-2025
No upper age limit
