Qualification: B.Tech in Nanotechnology with a minimum CGPA of 7.5 and GATE qualified (in EC, EE, IN, PH, MT or XE). Or M.Tech in Nanotechnology/ Nano electronics or Microelectronics specialization with min. CGPA of 7.5.
Age Limit: 28 years
Emoluments: Rs.28,000 - 31,000/-
