University of Hyderabad Notification 2022: Senior Research Fellow

The University of Hyderabad invites application for the following post on purely temporary basis.

Senior Research Fellow

Qualifications:

• M.Sc (Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences/ Meteorology/ Physical Oceanography) or M.Tech (Atmospheric/Ocean Sciences)
• At least 2 year research experience related to the Ocean/ riverine dynamics and/or the large-scale ocean- atmosphere coupled processes and in the Indo-Pacific region and teleconnections as demonstrated by publications in peer reviewed journals such as JGR, JPO, Climate Dynamics, GRL, etc. which are listed in SCOPUS, or Web of Science.
• Experience in computer programming using Fortran, C, shell programming, etc., in Linux/UNIX platforms. Skill in data analysis using GrADS/ Ferret/ NCL/ CDO/ MATLAB.

Age Limit: 35 years

Fellowship / Stipend: Rs.35,000/- per month
