Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. or equivalent in Electronics/ Electronic Sciences (EL)/ Physics (PH)/ Nanotechnology/ Material Science. or
- ME/ M.Tech in Microelectronics/ Nanoelectronics/ Nanotechnology/ Nanobiotechnology/ Material Science and engineering
- Candidates without ME/ M.Tech must also fulfill one of the following additional requirements: Valid GATE score in EC, EE, IN, PH, MT, XE; or Valid JEST score in Physics.
- Minimum CGPA of 8/10.
Age Limit: 27 years
Emoluments: Rs.31000/-
