National Institute of Siddha at Tambaram Sanatorium, Chennai invites applications for admission to Ph.D Programme in Siddha conducted by this instate in six specialties for the academic session 2022-24.

Duration of the Course: 3 years

Eligibility: Candidate seeking admission to the course of study leading to award of Doctor of Philosophy should have obtained a Post-Graduate Degree in Siddha, in the concerned subject under Indian Medicine Central Council Act,1970.

Age limit: Age of the candidate applying for Ph.D programme should not exceed 32 years as on the last date of receipt of application. Age relaxation is applicable SC/ST/OBC and women candidate as per central Government norms.

How to Apply: The Application should be downloaded from the NIS Website:www.nischennai.org. Filled in application form along with Demand draft of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) for OBC and UR, Rs.1500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred only) for SC /ST as cost for application should be submitted by Registered post / Speed Post /in Person. Demand Draft should be drawn in favourof The Director, National Institute of Siddha payable at Chennai.
