Eligibility:
Category A(I) Direct Admission for Eminent Sports Person

Educational Qualifications: 10+2
Sports Achievements: Represented India in Olympics OR Participation in Senior World Championship OR Won any Medal in Asian/Commonwealth Games

Category A(II) For International Sports Persons

Educational Qualification: 10+2
Sports Achievements : Participation in any of the following competitions:
Olympic Games
Senior World Championship Asian games/Senior Asian Championship
Commonwealth Games/Senior Commonwealth Championship Youth Olympics

Category – B:

Educational Qualifications: Graduation Sports Achievements:
Participation in Major International recognized competition OR
Participation in any of the following:
- Recognized Senior National Championships
- Khelo India University Games
- All India Inter University games OR
Two times participation in any of the following:
- Recognized Junior/Youth National Championship
- Inter Services/Inter Railways Championships/All India Police Games.
- Khelo India Youth/Khelo India School Games
Successful completion of SAI, NS NIS Six Week Certificate Course in Sports Coaching. Along with this any one of the following:
- Medal winner in Senior State Championship conducted by State Association of sports discipline.
- Two (2) times participation in the Senior State Championship conducted by the State Association of Sports discipline.

Category – C (For North-East Candidates):

Educational Qualifications: Graduation
Sports Achievements: Medal Winner in North East Games OR Two times participation in North East Games OR Fulfilling the criteria as mentioned in category B above.

Age Criteria:
