Apart from my mother who manages a large family very efficiently and helps my dad at work, I draw inspiration from Ayodhya Rami Reddy garu of the Ramky group. He is my inspiration.
- Can you describe us in detail various levels in the campus interview you faced?
Round 1 (written test): Generally a blend of basic fundamental Engineering concepts and aptitude.
My GMAT preparation helped me to handle aptitude well. Basic understanding of Engineering concepts made my through this round.
Round 2 (technical interview): The panel stressed on the practical usage and application of Engg study. I had an idea of what I was learning, where it should be applied and how to modify them in real time situations. My internship and site visits helped me a lot.
Round 3 (HR interview): I told the panel in what I believed and why they should recruit me. I spoke accordingly to what they were expecting from me.

I always tried to learn the practical way and understand the underlying meaning of various concepts. I prepared for exams from text books. I never looked into the previous question papers and stuff. I think all the aspirants should never lose confidence. They should be genuine in what they speak and clear in what they believe. Understanding the basics and being practical in learning helps a lot (not only fetch a job).
