PJTSAU Recruitment 2022 Research Associate - Qualifications: i) M.Sc Foods & Nutrition/ Food Technology/ Organic Chemistry/ Food Science & Nutrition. ii) Minimum two years experience in food analysis as per AOAC and BIS procedures. iii) Experience in food testing and analysis / handling GC / HPLC / AAS / ICP / Auto analyzers for proximate analysis.
