- M.Sc Foods & Nutrition/ Food Technology/ Organic Chemistry/ Food Science & Nutrition.
- Minimum two years experience in food analysis as per AOAC and BIS procedures.
- Experience in food testing and analysis / handling GC / HPLC / AAS / ICP / Auto analyzers for proximate analysis
- Experience in Method validation, instrument calibration
