The CSIR-Central Institute of Medicinal & Aromatic Plants (CIMAP), Lucknow invites application for the following posts

1. Scientist: 06 Posts

Qualification: M.Sc (Botany/ Agronomy/ Soil Science/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life Science/ Chemistry/ Plant Science/ Plant Physiology) followed by PhD thesis submitted in the relevant area.

Age Limit: 32 years

Emolument: Rs.1,10,305/-

2. Senior Scientist: 04 Posts

Qualification: PhD (Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life Science/Biological Science/ Science/ Agronomy/ Agricultural Physics/ Remote Sensing & GIS / Geoinformatics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology) in the relevant area with two years of post-doctoral research experience in the relevant area. OR Ph.D. in any Science subject in the areas of agriculture business/ agricultural economics/ agriculture management followed by two years post-doctoral research experience in relevant area

Age Limit: 37 years

Emolument: Rs.1,26,844/-

Application Fee: Rs.100/-. The candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ Women/ PWD/ Abroad candidates and regular employees of CSIR are exempted from payment of application fee.
