Western Railway Notification 2021 for Junior Stenographer Posts

The Railway Recruitment Cell (Western Railway) invites online application from eligible serving employees of Western Railway as on the date of notification for filling up the following posts

1. Junior Stenographer (English): 04 Posts

Qualification: 10+2 or to equivalent with shorthand speed of 80 words per minute for a duration of 10 minutes with transcription time of 50 minutes.

2. Junior Stenographer (Hindi): 04 Posts

Qualification: 10+2 or to equivalent with shorthand speed of 80 words per minute for a duration of 10 minutes with transcription time of 65 minutes

3. Junior Stenographer (Hindi): 06 Posts

Qualification: Masters Degree or equivalent in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at Degree Level.

Age Limit: 42 years

Recruitment process: Recruitment process will involve Computer Based Test (CBT) , Stenography Skill Test / Translation Test (as applicable), Document Verification and Medical Examination.
