ONGC Notification 2022 For Assistant Legal Adviser Posts

The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) is looking for young, promising and energetic aspirants with bright academic records to join the organization as Class 1 executive (at E1 level) for the post of Assistant Legal Adviser through CLAT 2022 for LLM

Assistant Legal Adviser: 04 Posts

Qualification: Graduate Degree in Law (Professional) with minimum 60% marks. “Practicing advocate with 3 years’ experience would be preferred” for all categories.

Age Limit: 30 years

Pay Scale: Rs.60,000 - 1,80,000/-

Important Note:

1. As per the notification issued for CLAT Authorities for CLAT-2022, the eligibility criteria is different than that of ONGC but for recruitment to the post of Assistant Legal Adviser in ONGC, the minimum eligibility criteria would be as per Para 2 above.
2. Eligible and desirous candidates meeting age and minimum eligibility criteria of ONGC as para 1 & 2 above will be required to appear in Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)-2022 for the purpose of admission in post graduate programme (LLM) in the National Law Universities.
3. Score from CLAT-2022 examination ONLY is valid for this recruitment exercise under this advertisement. Scores from previous CLAT examinations are not valid.
4. Candidates will be considered on the basis of CLAT-2022 Score for LLM as per the criteria decided by the ONGC Management for further selection process subject to their meeting the eligibility criteria with regard to age, qualification etc. v) For detailed information on CLAT-2022 examination for LLM, the interested candidates may log on to https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
5. ONGC will publish another advertisement to invite applications from eligible candidates who have appeared for the CLAT-2022 examination. The exact date and period of Go Live of online application registration site will be intimated by a notification in the website of ONGC (www.ongcindia.com) in due course. Candidates are required to visit www.ongcindia.com regularly to get updates.
