Qualification & Experience: At least Post Graduate having Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management from a recognized Institute with minimum 12 years’ experience in Govt. Organization/ Public Sector Undertakings or National/ State level Cooperative organizations with minimum 5 years working experience in the equivalent post of Manager in the scale of Pay Matrix Level – 12 of 7th CPC (pre-revised pay scale of Rs.15600 - 39100 plus Grade Pay Rs.7600) in the scale of Rs.29500-55000 with Grade Pay of Rs.7600/- .
Remuneration: Rs.1,10,000/-
Deputy Manager (Trading/ Business): 01 Post
Qualification & Experience: At least Graduate with minimum 5 years working experience in supervisory capacity in a Cooperative/Commercial Organization of reputed/ Govt. of India in the equivalent post of Assistant Manager in Pay Matrix Level-7 of 7th CPC (pre-revised pay scale of Rs.9300-34800/- plus Grade pay Rs.4600/-).
Remuneration: Rs.80,000/-
Deputy Manager (Project): 01 Post
Qualification & Experience: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute with minimum 10 years working experience in Planning, Organizing and Developing various projects, building construction etc. in Govt. Organization or Commercial Undertaking in the equivalent post of Assistant Manager (Engineering) in Pay Matrix Level -7 of 7th CPC (pre-revised pay scale of Rs.9300-34800/- plus Grade Pay Rs.4600).
Remuneration: Rs.80,000/-
