The National Centre for Disease Control invites application for the following posts purely on contract basis

Senior Epidemiologist: 01 Post

NCDC Senior Epidemiologist Qualifications: MBBS recognised by Medical Council of India (MCI) with MD (PSM/ Community Medicine)/ MD (CHA)/ MD (Tropical Medicine) recognised by MCI or DNB (Social and Preventive Medicine/ Community Medicine). OR MBBS recognised by MCI with Masters of Public Health/ Diploma in Public Health/ Master in Applied Epidemiology/ Diploma in Health Administration from recognised University of India/ EIS Training Course Certificate.

NCDC Senior Epidemiologist Experience: 5/ 7 years

NCDC Senior Epidemiologist Age: Not more than 60 years

NCDC Senior Epidemiologist Remuneration: Rs.1,25,000/- per month

Bio Statistician: 01 Post

NCDC Bio Statistician Qualifications: PhD in Statistics. OR Masters in Biostatistics with 2 years experience in health sector. OR Masters in Statistics with 2 years experience in health sector.

NCDC Bio Statistician Age: Not exceeding 40 years

NCDC Bio Statistician Remuneration: Rs.75,000/- per month

Bio Informatics Specialist: 02 Posts

NCDC Bio Informatics Specialist Qualifications: M.Tech./ M.Sc./ MS in Bioinformatics or Biotechnology/ Life Sciences with specialization in Bioinformatics. At least one year experience after M. Tech / MS degree or 3 years after M.Sc. degree in the field of bioinformatics as evident from publications in scientific journals of high international repute.

NCDC Bio Informatics Specialist Age: Not more than 40 years

NCDC Bio Informatics Specialist Remuneration: Rs.75,000/- per month
