India Post Recruitment 2023 for 1899 vacancies!

Department of Posts has released the notification for the recruitment of Meritorious Sports Persons in the department of posts in the cadres of postal assistant, sorting assistant, postman, mail guard and multi tasking staff. Those candidates who have met all eligibility criteria and are interested in the vacancy details can read the notification and submit their application online

1. Postal Assistant: 598 Posts

Department of Posts Postal Assistant Recruitment 2023 - Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree ii)  Knowledge of working on computer.

Department of Posts Postal Assistant Recruitment 2023 - Pay Scale: Rs.25,500 - Rs.81,100/-

2. Multi Tasking Staff: 570 Posts

Department of Posts MTS Recruitment 2023 - Qualification: 10th standard pass.

Department of Posts MTS Recruitment 2023 - Age Limit: 25 years

Department of Posts MTS Recruitment 2023 - Pay Scale: Rs.18,000 - Rs.56,900/-

3. Postman: 585 Posts

Department of Posts Postman Recruitment 2023 - Qualification:  a) 12th standard pass. b) Should have passed local language of the concerned Postal Circle or Division as one of the subjects in 10th standard or above. Local language of a Postal Circle or Division shall be as at Annexure-2. c) Knowledge of working on Computer. d) Valid license to drive two-wheeler or Light Motor Vehicle (For the post of Postman only). Persons with Benchmark Disability are exempted from the possession of license.

4. Sorting Assistant: 143 Posts

5. Mail Guard: 03 Posts

Department of Posts Mail Guard Recruitment 2023 - Qualification: a) 12th standard pass. b) Should have passed local language of the concerned Postal Circle or Division as one of the subjects in 10th standard or above. Local language of a Postal Circle or Division shall be as at Annexure-2. c) Knowledge of working on Computer. d) Valid license to drive two-wheeler or Light Motor Vehicle (For the post of Postman only). Department of Posts Meritorious Sports Persons Recruitment 2023 - Application Fee: Rs.100/-. (Women candidates, Transgender candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD and EWS are exempted from payment of fee).
