Qualifications: i) Secondary School Certificate Examination OR equivalent. ii) Diploma in Computer of One year duration either approved by Government of Goa/ Goa University or NASCOM or any other agency approved specifically by of Goa. iii) Two years experience as a Telephone operator capable of handling EPABX system with 20 lines. iv) Knowledge of Konkani.
