The Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) will hold a examination for Senior Technical Officer (STO) (T-6) Examination-2023 in online computer based (CBT) mode in a staggered slot-wise examination format as per the Rules and Schemes of Examination indicated in this notification

ASRB STO Exam Notification - Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent in the concerned discipline.

ASRB STO Exam Notification - Age Limit (As on 10/04/23): 21 - 35 years

ASRB STO Exam Notification - Application Fee: Rs.500/- for Unreserved/ Economically Weaker Section/ Other Backward Class. No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD category.

ASRB STO Exam Notification - Plan of Examination:-

Online competitive examination (Computer Based Test) followed by Interview shall be conducted as per the following plan of examination:-

Examination Max Marks Duration

1. (a) STO (T-6) Examination (Objective Type) 150 2 hours

2. (b) Interview 30

The examination for STO (T-6) shall have one paper of 150 marks with all multiple choice objective questions to be attempted in 2 hours (Two hours), from the respective disciplines opted by the candidate. The Examination will be conducted in online format at the designated Centres. The questions of the Examination will be available in bilingual form i.e. Hindi and English medium. The answers are to be indicated on the Computer itself during the Examination.

Note: 1/3 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer in the examination (Objective Type). There will be no rounding off of fractions of marks.
