Here are the steps to be followed for submission of online application

Step 1: Visit the official GDS online Engagement Portal at the link https://indiapostgdsonline.gov.in/
Step 2: Click on the registration section and enter Mobile Number, Email, Applicant's Name, Father's Name/ Mother's Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Community, Circle in which Secondary school passed, Year of passing Secondary school, Enter the text shown below and click on submit button
Step 3: Come back to the official GDS online Engagement Portal
Step 4: Click on the “Apply Online”.
Step 5: Fill out the complete application form.
Step 6: Scan the necessary documents, including your photograph and signature, and upload them as per the instructions.
Step 7: Proceed to pay the application fee as specified and submit the final application form.
Step 8: Once you have submitted the form, it is advisable to take a printout for future reference.

India Post GDS Uploading of Documents: The applicant is required to upload only the following documents at the time of submitting online application in the formats and sizes as prescribed.
