IIIT Chittoor Recruitment 2022 Lecturers - Qualification & Experience: PhD (English) with 1 year experience/M.Phil (English) with 2 years of experience/ Master's (English) with 3 years of experience with good academic record from a CFTI or an equally reputed national or overseas university along with relevant teaching experience indicated above in CFTI/ Institution of National Importance or equally reputed institution. Teaching experience from technical institution is preferred

• Excellent language and communication skills

• Ability to mentor and help students who come from rural background.

• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and good interpersonal relationship skills.
