The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) invites application for the following posts on contract basis

Assistant Professor (Nephrology): 01 Post

Qualifications: i) A Medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II of third schedule should also full fill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act). ii) A Postgraduate qualification, i.e., M.D. or a recognised qualification equivalent there to in the respective discipline or subject. iii) D.M. in Nephrology (two years or three years or five years recognised course) or a qualification recognised equivalent thereto.

Experience: 01 year

Assistant Professor (Neonatology): 01 Post

Qualifications: i) A Medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II of third schedule should also full fill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act.) ii) A Postgraduate qualification, i.e., M.D. or a recognised qualification equivalent there to in the respective discipline or subject. iii) D.M. in Neonatology (two years or three years or five years recognised course) or a qualification recognised equivalent thereto.

Experience: 01 year

Assistant Professor (Cardiology): 01 Post

Qualifications: i) A Medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II or third schedule should also full fill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act). ii) DM in Cardiology (two years or three years or five years recognised course) or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto;

Experience: 01 year

Assistant Professor (Urology): 01 Post

Qualifications: i) A Medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II or third schedule should also full fill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act). ii) M.Ch. in Urology (two years or three years or five years recognised course) or a qualification recognised equivalent thereto.

Experience: 01 year

Age Limit: 50 years

Pay: Rs.1,42,506/- per month
