IISER Berhampur Notification 2022 for Non Teaching Positions

The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Berhampur invites application for the following posts

1. Registrar: 01 Post

Qualification: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade of “B” in the UGC seven-point scale plus a consistently good academic record.

Experience: 15 years

Age Limit: 57 years

2. Librarian: 01 Post

Qualification: Master's Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ documentation with CGPA of 6.5 in 10- point scale or at least 60% marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven-point scale and consistently good academic record set out in these Regulations.

Experience: 10 years

Age Limit: 57 years

3. Technical Officer: 01 Post

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech or M.Sc/ MCA Degree in relevant field with first class or equivalent grade (6.5 in 10 point scale) and consistently excellent academic record.

Experience: 05 years

Age Limit: 40 years

4. Assistant Security Officer cum Transport Manger: 01 Post

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Knowledge of computer office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Experience: 03 years

Age Limit: 35 years

5. Laboratory Technician: 01 Post

Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree in Science/ Technology/ Engineering. OR ii) Diploma in Computers & Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/Instrumentation of 3 years’ duration in appropriate field. iii) Knowledge of computer applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Experience: 02 years

Age Limit: 30 years

Application Fee: Rs.500/-. However, application fee is exempted for candidates belonging to Women/ SC/ ST/ PWD/ Transgender category.
