A digital copy of passport size photograph and signature in JPEG format. The photograph should not exceed 50 kb and less than 10kb in file size. The signature should not exceed 20 kb and less than 5kb in file size

A digital copy of all the relevant documents/certificates in pdf format. Each certificate/documents should not exceed 1 MB of size
