Qualification: i) At least High Second Class Master’s Degree in any field of Social Sciences such as Extension Education/ Business Management/ Economics/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Anthropology; ii) should have published research papers in standard professional journals or books based on original research work in relevant fields.
