Madras High Court Notification 2021 For 85 President & Member Posts

The Madras High Court invites application for filling up of the following posts sanctioned to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in the State of Tamil Nadu

1. President: 30 Posts

Qualification: i) The Candidate is, or has been, or is qualified to be a District Judge. ii) The candidate applying for the post/s notified above, must necessarily know to read, write and speak Tamil.

2. Member: 55 Posts

Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree and is a person of ability, integrity and standing, and having special knowledge and professional experience of not less than fifteen years in consumer affairs, law, public affairs, administration, economics, commerce, industry, finance, management, engineering, technology, public health or medicine.  ii) The candidate applying for the post/s notified above, must necessarily know to read, write and speak Tamil.

Age Limit: 35 years

Fees: Rs.1,000/- for each post.
