Eligibility: By transfer on deputation/ permanent absorption basis of regular Assistants of ICAR Institutes having minimum of 03 years of regular service. OR By deputation of Upper Division Clerks (UDCs) of ICAR HQ/ Institute having at least 10 years of regular service in the grade.
